Rapid Prototyping / Batch Contract Manufacturing for Hardware Components
Your Global Sheet Metal / Stamping / Drawing / CNC Manufacturing Plant
How do you conduct quality control during production?

We implement a strict end-to-end quality control system divided into four main stages:

  1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Spectral analysis and dimensional/hardness spot checks on all incoming raw materials (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, etc.).

  2. In-Process Quality Control / First Article Inspection (IPQC / FAI): Full-dimension inspection of the very first sample before mass production begins to ensure all parameters are correct.

  3. Patrol Inspection: Regular checks conducted by our QC inspectors on the workshop floor during production to prevent batch defects.

  4. Final Quality Control (FQC / OQ): 100% inspection or strict AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) sampling inspection prior to packaging.
