Before the production phase begins, our engineering team will conduct a technical evaluation of your part design. This includes the evaluation of important factors such as materials, surface finish, structure, process, and other details of 3D and 2D drawings.

02. Material verification

According to the customer's request, we provide certification for the materials used to manufacture your parts. The report comes from the raw material manufacturer and usually includes material calorific value, material grade, material size, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, etc.

Raw material inspection

Visual inspection

We verify whether each product meets the customer's standards for color, texture, and overall appearance.

Dimensional quality inspection

For products with simple structures, we use vernier calipers, miniature calipers, and altimeters; For products with complex structures, we use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure accurate measurements.

Performance quality inspection

We evaluate the functionality of the components to ensure that threaded holes and other parts are correctly installed during the assembly process.

Quality Integration Report

We provide a final inspection report that details all inspection processes and results.

RoHS Report

According to the requirements, we provide a RoHS report to confirm that the materials comply with RoHS standards.
