Pengfeng Precision Expands Precision Stamping Capacity With a New High-Speed Press Line

To meet rapidly growing demand for high-volume precision stamped components, Pengfeng Precision has commissioned a new high-speed press line at its precision workshop. The line is capable of running at up to 400 strokes per minute while maintaining dimensional tolerances within ±0.02 mm.

What the new line delivers

The new equipment extends our capacity for progressive-die stamping of terminals, connectors, shielding parts and structural brackets. Combined with in-line optical inspection, it allows us to ship qualified parts faster without compromising on repeatability.
